The contract of School Peace The contract of School Peace is an agreement among students and teachers to create a better school environment. A nation-wide contract is signed at the beginning of each school year, on the 1st of September at the ceremony of School Peace. The contract is signed by Estonian Union for Child Welfare, Ministry of Education and Research, the representors of local government, Estonian School Students Union and NGO Youth Union Tore. The contract is also signed by all the students and teachers in every school.
